About Montebello Holdings

Montebello Holdings is a private investment company formed by Josh Greenberg and John Fowler.

Montebello's principals were previously the leaders of Aero Logistics, a third-party-logistics (3PL) company they acquired in 2003. After growing the company more than five-fold, Aero Logistics was sold in August 2007 to Horizon Lines, a large ocean container shipping company.  More recently, John and Josh started and ran the healthcare IT company HealthCPA up through its 2014 purchase by Adreima, a leading revenue cycle management company.  In 2015, Montebello participated in the acquisition of Risk Management Strategies, a San Diego-based provider of outsourced employment and risk management services where Josh is now serving as CEO.

Montebello Holdings traces its origins to the search fund Montebello Capital, which was established in 2001 by Fowler and Greenberg to identify, acquire, and operate a small company with promising growth prospects. Montebello Capital was funded by a group of angel and private equity investors who shared Fowler and Greenberg's belief in the strong potential for value creation in small to middle market companies.
